How to lose it?
Ok i really want to get down to 105 by the end of my summber vavay (beggining of sept). Im 120 lbs, im 12 and im 5'0 and im diabetic.My touble areas are my face, legs and stomach. since june 21 about i lost 6 pounds from swimming. I eat less (and i used to eat a lot) and eat better. But what else can i eat that is rly healthy for meals and doesnt need a lot of preporation, like a sandwich or sumthin quick? i also HATE running, and pushups. What are good workouts ans foods for me?? I rly want to me thin, beleive me im FAT (Sabrina, my friend on here, u no wut i look like and im fat)
