RAD: choosing Vocational or Recreational?

My daughter is at that age when she can decide between Vocational or Recreational for RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) I'm not quite sure what she would be getting into for either one. Can someone give me an outline of levels, practice times, and perhaps what they would be learning in each?
