Who is the better GM for the lakers?

Jerry West made big moves getting Phil, Shaq and Kobe. Without him doing that Kupchak wouldn't have had a chance to bring Phil back and the other trades he made would not look as significant because Kobe wouldn't have been around to guide the team to a title (regardless of Kobe's 6-24 night in game 7 they wouldn't have been there without him) bringing in Artest looks good because they won but they might have won if they just stuck with Ariza. Gasol and Odom were good moves for sure but advantage Logo.
