Which major should I choose?

I've narrowed my choice of major to two, but I can't decide. I want to be an engineer, but I can't decide between computer or electrical. I like messing with electronics like disembling and reembling them. I also like to invent new technology like microprocessors, gadgets, cell phones, computers, etc. I'm like the Bruce Wayne/Tony Stark type of guy. Which one do you think I should choose? Care to give some details about both majors?
