Is premarital a deadly sin?

The wages of any sin is death- BUT the GIFT OF GOD is eternal life THROUGH Jesus Christ our Lord. All types of sin leads to death- that is why we die- however we can have eternal life, forgiveness of sin, and a new life in Christ.
