Speaking from a Quantum Physics point of view - does it matter who is watching you? Should we be more careful?

Sub atomic particles are not "good" or "bad". The observation just causes their quantum state to collapse. It dertermines their "spin", nothing else. Hanging around "hawt" people isn't going to affect the electrons in your body. There is no quantum theory of "shallowness".
