Tupac and biggie sucked?

whys evybody on tupac and biggies ? if they came out nowadays nobody would listen to them, i cant even stand the sound of them.. anybody's better then them... 50 nd eminem were sick in the begining of the decade.. jeezy and t.i. were pretty good like 3 or 4 years ago... lil waynes probably been the best rapper of all time in the last 4 years and with wayne drakes probably the best out right now
