How do i eradicate a major violation from my driving record?

Once there is a charge / violation, etc., on your driving record, there is NOTHING that you can do. DMV will not remove it for any reason except the natural course of time in which things drop off after a certain period of time. Your only option is to keep a clean record from here on out and the charge will drop off in time.
