Should I go to Syracuse University or medical at my college?

I am currently in High school with good GPA average. I want to become a doctor. I am accepted at Syracuse University for free of cost for 4 years for my pre med. My parents wants me to go to my country to study medical cause it takes 6 years to complete medicine there because they do everything in medical and don't need pre med. I want to get job in U.S.A. because it has good salary so I communicated with variates of people and they said that after i come from Bangladesh my country what i have to do in order to get my residency. They said i need to p my board exams. i don't mind on that but i heard it is harder to p because foreigner countries have different kinds of curriculum taught so then they can't p in america. Also some people say it isn't impossible either. But it takes allot of years. Can anyone give me their opinion for me please.
