What are signs that white blood cells are being established after a bone marrow transplant?

When I went through the transplant, they did a cbc with a differential on the white blood cells every morning, so the blood counts were the direct signs observed. In general, the patient will feel more energy and less chemo/radiation side effects as their blood counts come back up.
